Robert Douglas was born in Warren, Ohio and currently lives in Winchester with his wife Madonna Douglas.
Director Douglas served 30 years as a postal worker before retiring. Prior to that, he served as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for both San Bernardino and Los Angeles County Sheriff's Departments. Additionally, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant and received an honorable discharge.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice from California State University, Long Beach and a Master’s Degree in criminal justice from Chapman University in Orange and taught at Garden Grove High School as an ROP Teacher and Westwood College as a Professor of Criminal Justice.
In his free time, Director Douglas enjoys going to the movies with his wife, walking in the park, watching football games on Sunday and going to church. He also enjoys going to the beach and bowling.
Director Douglas is a former member of American Legion, Criminal Justice Student Association, Police Reserve Officer Association, and former Meals on Wheels volunteer.
